Meal Distribution My. PCS Families can pick up breakfast and lunch for the first week of school Friday, August 20 th, from 10 a. m. – 11 a. m. in the new bus circle which is located on the East side of campus off Sunset.

I selected My. PCS Online, Now What? • Students who selected the My. PCS online option will follow the Tarpon Springs Middle School bell schedule, and it is the expectation they report to each period on time, every day. First period begins at 9: 40 a. m. • Courses are housed in Canvas, which is located in the student’s Clever app. • Once you enter the course you will see calendar events where students can join the class live via TEAMs. The teacher will house the link on the home page or on the Canvas calendar. • To sum it up: Canvas is accessed via Clever, and Canvas will house all of the course content. • Students no longer submit assignments via FOCUS or TEAMs.

Students who fail to report to class will be marked absent. • Missing just one period = 48 minutes of lost instructional time. • Missing one day = 336 minutes lost. • Missing one week = 1, 680 minutes lost. Attendance is not optional. Every minute counts!

This means the teacher will instruct the face to face class AND the online class at the same time. • The teacher will then provide opportunities for all students to ask/answer questions.

Students will NOT submit work via TEAMs or FOCUS.
