Before you start • Gather the following contact information before you start your submission for everyone involved with your submission: • For each Contact person and All Presenters & Authors • First & Last Name • Title • Primary email address • Institution/Company Name • Town/City • State/Province • Country • Also determine the order you want everyone to be listed in the proceedings & SWTest Asia website 7/10/2019 3

• Fill out all the information requested in each category • Do not click on the • “Send Submission” button until all fields are filled in • If you are do not fill in all of the fields, your submission will not be accepted for consideration and will be listed as “Incomplete Submission” • You will be able to fix it by going to the main Authors Dashboard and selecting the “Finalize Submission” button and filling in all the missing fields 7/10/2019 4

To “Add/Edit” names, select the appropriate item (Contact, Presenter or Authors) Example - Type in the Contact’s last name Example - Last Name “Broz” Click the Search icon Select the correct person, It will become highlighted here 7/10/2019 Click the Insert icon to move it over to the field on the right 6

To Add a new person, not listed in the SWTest Asia database Click on the “Register a new person” Fill out the person’s information highlighted in RED and hit “Submit” Verify that the information is correct and hit the “Save” button 7/10/2019 8
