Key Initiatives Tier I: • Increase engagement with the board – Received three nominations from board members. We understand that not all are close to the field. Tier II: • Improve marketing strategies – Improved effort • Make the page more exciting – • Images celebrating past winners • Videos • Targeted campaigns to reach shop owners through social, email channels while engaging associations, MSOs and MLOs Tier III: • Improve our engagement with Salsa through funnel campaign, target audience

2020 Awards and Beyond The NABC Awards Committee will meet to revamp the Awards Structure for 2020 – and give recommendations to the board in Palm Springs.
