Key Initiatives Tier I: • Increase engagement with the board – Received three nominations from board members. We understand that not all are close to the field. Tier II: • Improve marketing strategies – Improved effort • Make the page more exciting – • Images celebrating past winners • Videos • Targeted campaigns to reach shop owners through social, email channels while engaging associations, MSOs and MLOs Tier III: • Improve our engagement with Salsa through funnel campaign, target audience

Needs, Tools and Challenges Greatest Need: • To establish or build value of awards by emphasizing ancillary benefits that receiving a reward offers • Marketing Value • Recruiting Value Greatest Challenge: • Building Awareness Tools Needed: • Video of Award recipient testimonial • Infomercial on awards themselves • Instructional infographic on ease of award submittal

2020 Awards and Beyond The NABC Awards Committee will meet to revamp the Awards Structure for 2020 – and give recommendations to the board in Palm Springs.
