Code Of Conduct Section 320, Cannon 3 (C) } A judicial employee should be patient, dignified, respectful, and courteous to all persons with whom the judicial employee deals in an official capacity, including other employees and the general public. } A judicial employee should not engage in sexual or other forms of harassment of court employees or retaliate against those who report misconduct. } A judicial employee should hold court personnel under the judicial employee's direction to similar standards. } A judicial employee should diligently discharge the responsibilities of the office in a prompt, efficient, nondiscriminatory, fair, and professional manner.
Code Of Conduct Reporting Responsibilities } A judicial employee should take appropriate action upon receipt of reliable information indicating a likelihood of conduct contravening this Code. } Appropriate action depends on the circumstances and may include, for example, reporting such conduct to a supervisor, court executive, or chief judge.

What Is Harassment? } Harassment is any unwelcome conduct based on a protected class: race national origin veteran status color age citizenship sex disability sexual orientation religion pregnancy other (marital stat. ) } Harassment is a form of discrimination
What Is Sexual Harassment } Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal, physical or visual conduct based on sex. } Victim or harasser may be a man or a woman (not necessarily of the opposite sex). } Harasser can be a supervisor, co-worker, agent, customer, or non-employee. } Victim may not be the person harassed but could be anyone affected by the offensive conduct.
