CIP Projects § Water Treatment Facility (WTF) and Well o Existing WTF is over 60 years old o Has reached its useful life o Well No. 3 does not currently meet MDH location requirements § Wastewater Treatment Facility Headworks o Grit removal system does not operate properly o Solids screening equipment should be considered for upgrading § Utility, Drainage, and Surface Reconstruction of utility, drainage, and surface infrastructure should be considered for various areas within the City

Moving Forward § Prioritize Projects in CIP o Projects included in the CIP should be prioritized § Preliminary Engineering Report o A Preliminary Engineering Report should be completed for any items the City would like to move forward with § Funding o City should be proactive in seeking funding once projects are further prioritized
