Online Athletic Clearance • Online athletic clearance is open; athletes CANNOT try -out without a complete packet & clearance page • Online Clearance is found on the ACPAthletics website. You will need a Register My Athlete account. • Physical must be dated March 1, 2019, or later and must be on the AIA physical forms only. • Complete your online packet prior to try-outs. You may NOT tryout without a completion page.

Online Athletic Clearance • Register My Athlete • You will find Register An Athlete in the top, right menu of the ACPAthletics website • You will only need ONE family account, even if your athletes are in different grades/different schools • ALL clearance information will be electronic. No paper copies will be collected on campus. • Athletes will PRINT their completion page and present it to the coach in order to tryout

Varsity Athletic Locker • Athletes that are on a Varsity team in one of the following sports are required to enroll in the Varsity Athletic Locker class: Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, Wrestling, Football • For all Spiritline, zero hour class is required
