Our products must be made from our finest products so, the selection of walnuts by our workers is absolutely necessary. After this phase, the raw material is sent to two separate halls: one for the production of the liquor and one for the jam, each ran by a qualified team.

Defining the market Our target market consists of small domestic and foreign companies and individuals alike. However, we estimate that 30% of our production would be directed to export. Market studies have already shown that walnut products are long awaited and fairly appreciated, with a diverse range of applications: food industry, light industry, chemical or pharmaceutical industries. Moreover, walnut kernels are complex and concentrated nourishments, with the potential of bettering or preventing human ailments. But the personnel is still small, we are planning to extend it by recruiting people from human resources management.
