The module provides critical analyses of world politics in the late 20 th and early 21 st centuries, a period defined by rapid changes in global power relations which have created a range of international policy dilemmas. By the end of the module, students should expect to have developed a layered and nuanced account of contemporary international relations and global politics which will allow them to understand critically evaluate geo-political policymaking.
