Club History • • • Founded Spring 2002 – Fielded successful sides for 17 years A Self Funded HCER and Hudson Schools Varsity Club Sport. Coaching Certifications • All coaches are USA Rugby Level 100 and Level 200 Certified • All coaches will have passed Personal Conduct and Concussion Training courses mandated by Rugby Ohio, USA Rugby and the State of Ohio • All coaches will have first aid and CPR training • Several Coaches also hold referee certifications
2018 Team Structure Spring • HS Boys – Two Teams – Varsity (D 1 AA), JV (D 2 -B) • HS Girls – Team – Varsity (D 1) • Middle School – 1 Boys Side (Playing Rugby Sevens) – 1 Girls Side (Playing Rugby Sevens)
Costs and Equipment $250 per player HS and Middle School Includes: Baseline Concussion Jersey, Rugby Ohio/USA Rugby Fees Testing, Shorts, socks, $275 per player -North Carolina Tourney – Registration required by 2/2/18 $250 per player for HS Girls Midwest Tourney Fee Other equipment NOT provided: Cleats, Mouth-guard; Optional Scrum Cap and Light Padding
North Carolina ruggerfest • Early dismissal on Friday 3/2 • Depart via Motor Coach for Matthews, NC • 2 Matches – Sat. / 1 Match Sun. (3/3 -3/4) • Lunch on Sat/Sun, Team Dinner on Saturday • All rooms, multi-occupancy • Depart Matthews, NC for Hudson after last match on Sunday • Must register by 2/2/18
Registration Spring Deadline 2/4/18 1 Register and Pay Fee You pay all fees here or at HCER Instruction Sheets provided & Register ONLY No Fees required, they are prepaid by HCER 2 But, all must register here for insurance purposes. If you don’t register here by 2/11 – you can’t play Additional tournament fees

How Can I Get Involved?
Parent Touch Judge Program • • Highly successful in 2016 -2017! Parent Touch Judges will be assigned matches throughout the season. 2018 training will be provided! Benefits: – Best seat in the house on the sideline – Learn about the laws of the game your kids play! – Be involved and help HRC be the best program in HS Rugby! • Plea: WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!
