Group 1 : Linking CSPA and the Enterprise Architecture • What is the place/status of CSPA in your NGO EA ? • How do you link with business and methodology architecture ? • Do you have other architecture related artefacts (list de services, level 3 GSBPM, Capability and Application Architecture…) • What is the link with BPM ? • What is the role of the CSPA global catalogue? Do you envisage to have local version of the catalogue ?
Group 2 : CSPA Implementation • How could we identify the adequate level of granularity for services ? • What is the expected level of reuse of services: in your organisation ? with others ? • Which kind of service would we share / replicate / make interoperable ? What are the criteria ? • Orchestration: pattern ? service to service communication ? approach to scale pilots ? • What are the technology trends (API management, atomic services) and how could they impact CSPA
CSPA Implementation • Sharing service is not yet a reality - why? • We need transparency: technically and methodologically • We need to deal with different levels of granularity • Functional granularity (GSBPM levels) • User interface service itself data storage • We need to explore how to work together: it is easy to draw the arrow, but how can we build the road? Group 3: CSPA governance • How to implement CSPA in an organisation? • What kind of organisational structure do NSIs have to target in the CSPA-roles perspective (Environment providers, Service Providers, designer, assembler, etc)? • How to go from the business needs to service design (top down – bottom up)? Best practice to collect (common) requirements • Do we see reasons not to develop according to CSPA? (investment costs, start up, learning curve, others…) • How to deal with legal aspects (licensing)? • What was/is the impact of CSPA onto your organisation currently and what is planned? • How strict/flexible should be the guidance for CSPA implementation?
Generic questions - What does CSPA mean for your specialism? How do you think it will change the way you work? - What more is needed to support CSPA adoption and use? What additional artefacts / guidance / support / communication materials would be useful to promote its implementation? - What are the remaining barriers to CSPA implementation? How can we overcome these barriers?
