Five-Day Licenses Entire premises is outdoors Beer Sales Portable Bathrooms Tables & Chairs For 25 Entrance

Hours of Sale Monday – Saturday 6: 00 AM – 2: 00 AM Sunday 8: 00 AM – 2: 00 AM o A Sunday sales privilege is required for selling and serving beverage alcohol on Sunday.
Laws & Regulations Intoxicated Persons o If in Doubt, NO Service Advertising o No Brand Names on Outside of Premises or Outdoor Service Areas Under Control of Licensee. o Includes Banners, Inflatables, Etc. o All Advertisements with Brand Names Must Face the Inside of the Licensed Establishment.

Penalties for Violations Sales – To – Minor Violations o Criminal Fines (Against Seller) • $1, 500 Criminal Fine – Licensee • $500 Criminal Fine – Agent or Employee
Penalties for Violations Sales-to-minor Violations o Administrative Sanctions (Against Licensee) • • 1 st - $500. 00 2 nd - 30 – Day Suspension + $1, 500 3 rd – 60 -Day Suspension + $1, 500 4 th – Revocation • No License to Person – 2 years • No License to Premises – 1 year
Summary Suspensions Immediate Suspension o Prevent or avoid immediate danger to public’s health, safety and welfare. o Licensee has due process rights, however, no selling or serving until final disposition of the matter.
