The FFA is like my second family the people In the FFA helped me through some rough times in my life but also helped me with my shyness. I have made a lot of friends and learned a lot of things I never would’ve been able to learn if I wasn’t in the FFA, how to weld, put up a fence, or take care of farm animals. Being in the FFA has helped me figure out what I want to do and what I want to be when I grow up.

I want to get people more aware and involved in FFA. My goals as an officer would be to gain more experience in people skills, planning skills, time management, and team work for college. I will strive to increase awareness towards the importance of agriculture whilst creating a nonjudgmental environment for anyone interested in the Allen FFA program. I also aspire to educate children on the interaction of plants and wildlife so as they continue to grow they may impact the world of agriculture positively.
