Students as Customers • A proper education at university level does not just consist

Students as Customers • A proper education at university level does not just consist of giving knowledge or even understanding. • At the university level, the faculty has succeeded when the students question what they are told. • Critical analysis and questioning are central to a university education, so the end “product” is not a collection of packages of knowledge but a way of treating such offerings. • For this reason an education is not a collection of commodities, it is more like an attitude to life. Attrition Rates Reduction • Course design, teaching methods and assessment techniques must be appropriate to the subject and open to the sanctions of those qualified to judge. • Regard every “student” as your own “child” sent here to succeed. i. e. progress each student towards success with resolute (unalloyed) passion and commitment. • Statutory Meeting of Level Advisers with the respective Levels fortnightly to harvest students’ challenges (with light refreshment) and taking responsive actions to address same.
