Background n During the 2015/16 Biennial Budget Hearing, Council wanted funding for certain items restored n Mayor Ferrell promised to address the funding issue in March after review of the fund balance n The City has Preliminary Fund Balance pending the State Audit n The City is projecting $467, 397 above the beginning Fund Balance in the approved 2015/2016 Biennial Budget 3
