Vice President • Attends Board Meetings • In absence of President, assumes all club presidents duties • Executive Officer – responsible overall for all Club Service committee duties
Secretary Attends Board meetings and publishes Minutes Maintains and Reports Membership Attendance Retrieves and Distributes Mail Reviews bylaws and standing rules Completes bi-annual RI and District Membership billings • Tracks and orders Membership supplies • Maintains membership information on website • • •
Treasurer • Manages weekly lunch billings • Pays invoices, deposits checks, and sends info to accountant weekly • Attends board meetings and reports financial performance to budget • Collects members dues
Club Service Chair • Attends Board meetings • Coordinates club Social Events – Club attendance at District Breakfasts – District Picnic – RB City Employee Breakfast – 50/50 Raffle – 10 K Super Bowl Beer Pour – UCLA/USC tailgate luncheon
Youth Service Chair Engages youth in community & international service to develop leadership skills and enable them to grow personally through Rotary. – RYLA –Rotary Youth Leadership Awards – YMCA Camperships – Student of the Month – Teacher Mini-Grants – RUHS Interact Club guidance
Vocational Service Promotes high ethical standards and the values expressed in the 4 -Way Test – Member networking Vocational Service Month – Member Craft Talks – Awards- Teacher, Firefighter, Police Officer, Business Person – Art, Speech, Music Contests – Rotarians reading in schools
Community Service Chair Works to Improve lives in our local community – Redondo Beach Police Reserve Banquet – Salvation Army – shoes, backpacks, clothing for children – Meals on Wheels Delivery for Seniors – Vision to Learn – Eyeglasses for Children – Cheer 4 Children – Holiday toys
International Service Chair Works to improve lives in our global community – Columbia computers for children – Fiji clean water for villages and schools – La Paz Primary School kitchen – Shelter Box disaster relief - Philippines – Baja Mexico childcare facility improvements for orphans
President Elect 2014 -15 Prepares for and plans 2015 -16 President Year – PETS February 2015 – Sets direction and Manages ‘ 15 Spring Fundraiser – Plans District Conference Club Hospitality night May 2015 – Attends RI Conference June 2015 – Brazil - Club contribution up to $2, 500 July 1, 2015 Begin Year as President
