January 11 Complete the online Screencast Verification Form by this date. January 14 -18 Test Chairpersons train school-site staff on administration of the portfolio. January 22 May 3 Teachers administer portfolios to all grade 3 students. Late May Receive 2013 Grade 3 FCAT 2. 0 scores. Complete documentation for students being recommended for promotion. Deliver completed forms to Regional Center or appropriate office for approval within 2 days of receiving FCAT 2. 0 Reading results. June 3 Pick up packets and notify teachers and parents/guardians of the decision to promote or retain students. Passages from the 2012 portfolio administration may be used as long as it is a “cold read”.
