Summary • GEFS did a very good job in Atlantic and West Pacific TC track forecast. • ECMWF ensemble did better in East Pacific TC track forecast. • The multi-model (NCEP+ECMWF) ensemble forecast is the optimal guidance for the forecasters in NHC and JTWC.
