ASSOCIATION OF NROTC COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES “The purpose for which (the Association) is formed is to encourage the exchange of information and opinion between member institutions and the United States Navy, looking toward the greatest possible success in the operation of the N. R. O. T. C. program. No member institution, however, shall be bound as regards its own N. R. O. T. C. program, by any vote or action of this Association. The Association is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and/or scientific purposes. ”
