HOW COULD WE MANAGE CONFLICTS 1. By being GENTLE 2. By EDUCATING others 3. By being PATIENT

WE SHOULD BE GENTLE Galatians 6: 1 Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should RESTORE him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. TO RESTORE means to bring back something into its original state. .

Our goal is to “lead” that person back to our Lord How can you bring them back? . . with harsh words? . . with disrespect? . . by putting them to shame? Proverbs 15: 1 A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.
