Why this product was developed ? • As the broken bones go through a long healing process depending on the different age group when the bone has been cut as part of a surgical procedure or fractured through an injury. • The human body will try to self repair the broken bone through the healing process that has three overlapping stages that are inflammation, bone production and bone remodeling. • As per the current treatment process one with the traditional cast fixed for 6 -12 weeks or more depending on the injury, Robocast reduces the recovery time by cutting it down to just 5 weeks. • As we are moving towards automation by creation of application and technology to monitor and control by itself this Robocast includes the intellectual property of a modern device. • Its comprehensive system capable of healing the injuries more effectively also there is a huge potential market for such medical device. • Forecast Period 2019 to 2025 with a CAGR: of 15% the 2025 Value Projection of medical device market is up tp: 3 Billion (USD). 7

AI that will assist the patients with the possibility of predicting and tracking the body like blood pressure, temperature, fats, calories, vitamins, calcium and bone healing stage for taking appropriate measures by them self. Lcd touch screen to present the data and analysis to the patient and the doctor. All this electrical parts will be powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that can operate for 12 hours at a one time charge of 3 hours. The device can be controlled by an app (for IOS and Android) or directly through the screen and also through VR the patient and doctor can see how the live healing process Is going on with the help of scanned data and the sensors. 8
