RRE현장 주요 계약조건 -공기: Effective Date로부터 50개월 Mechanical Completion(MC) : Effective Date로부터 40 개월 Commissioning Completion : Effective Date로부터 44개월 Provisional Acceptance(PAC) : Effective Date로부터 50 개월 -Warranty Period : Last PAC 발급일로부터 12개월 ( 교체, 수리, 하자보수 완료일로부터 12개월 연장가능하나 최대 24개월을 초과할 수 없음) -Decennial Liability Period: Plant, System의 구조물 : 10년 -Painting Work Warranty : PAC 이후 5년 -계약방식 : Fixed LSTK -이행보증금(P/Bond) : Effective Date로부터 15일 이내 제출 - 10% of Lump sum Price (Reimbursable & Chargeable Cost 제외) -Lump Sum 금액 10% 조정시마다, P-Bond 금액도 변경 -PAC 발급 후 50% 로 감액 -FAC 발급 후 Painting Works 금액의 5%로 감액 - 유효기간(Validity Date): Final Acceptance 발급시까지 (Painting Works 제외) - 발급기관: Registered bank in Abu Dhabi approved by COMPANY -선수금(AP): 15% of Lump sum price -P-Bond, AP-Bond 및 Invoice 제출후 30일 이내 지급(whichever is the latest) -PAC까지 매 기성에서 10%씩 상환 (단, 계약금액이 감소할 경우 PAC까지 상환 가능토록 상환 비율 조정 가능) -AP Bond: -금액-15% of Lump sum price (상환 금액만큼 감액 가능) -유효기간: PAC발급일 까지 -발급기관: Registered bank in Abu Dhabi approved by COMPANY -유보금 및 Retention Bond: 없슴 -입찰통화/지급통화: USD 기성지급방식: LSTK- Monthly Progress Payment Progress Payment based on Invoicing Schedule 단, 실제 누적 공정율이 Invoicing Schedule 대비 5% 이상 미달시, 실제 공정율에 따라 기성 지급 최종 5% 공정율에 대한 기성은 PAC 이후 지급 지급방법 : Direct Transfer to Bank 지급시기 : Invoice 및 관련서류 접수일로부터 45일 상기 지급조건과 별도로 주어진 기간내 Major Milestone 미달성시 발주처 해당월 기성 지급 금액의 10~20% 유보 가능
