2) 담당. 업무 A) Sea Trial Commander : Overall responsible for managing the vessel

2) 담당. 업무 A) Sea Trial Commander : Overall responsible for managing the vessel and all personnel on board during sea trial program. Decision on actions to be taken based on advice from the Trial manager , project manager and Q. C leader, giving instructions to DWSHIP / Owner representative all personnel who are on board to achieve successful sea trial. B) Trial manager : Command the testing and sea trial program. Assist and advise Sea trial Commander based on feedback for Trial engineers, giving instructions to yard captain for sailing route. Communication with the Marine Port Authority with the assistance of the yard captain, arranging tug boat to go shore and to assist the vessel safety, reporting POB status to Sea Trial Commander with Owner/ Class POB everyday. C) Project Manager : Responsible for the management of the vessel construction, giving instructions to all personnel who are in charge of installation works such as cabling, piping, machinery outfitting and general works etc. according to Sea trial Commander’s instructions. D) QC Leader : Responsible for quality assurance and control of the vessel. Inspection of each test in presence of owner and class surveyor, Recording and maintaining the inspection results on the test report sheets. Assist and advise the Sea Trial Commander based on DSQS. E) Navigation Captain: Responsible for navigation according to sea trial program. Communication with the Marine Port Authority as per Trial manager’s instructions, keeping log of all events during sea trial by using a Log Book. F) Trial Engineer : Responsible for operation and testing of all systems on the vessel, advising the Trial manager based on feedback for technicians, reporting POB for their own personnel to Trial manager. G) Design Engineer : To support Trial Engineers for the design / technical fields, to advise the Trial manager , providing design technical support. H) Safety Engineer : Responsible for the safety control of the vessel and all personnel on board according to Trial manager’s instructions. I) General support : To provide foods, drinks, daily necessities and general service to all personnel on board.

5) Main Engine Safety test 선박이 엔진을 탑제한 후 해상에서 처음으로 프로펠러를 돌릴 때 많은 위험을 내포하고 있다. 예를 들면 엔진에 윤활유나 냉각수가 공급되지 않는다 든 지 과속이 되었을 때는 엔진을 보호 하기 위한 안전장치가 필요하다. 이 안전장치가 제대로 작동하는 지를 아래의 주요 항목들을 test함으로써 안전을 확보할 수 있다. l. 13) Black out test 정상 항해 중인 선박은 발전기 구동엔진 자체나 그 외 다른 전기적인 문제로 정전이 될 수가 있다. 이 때 갑자기 정전이 되었을 때 안전을 위한 긴급 조치가 필요하다. 즉 원인이 무엇이든 준비된 발전 기가 즉시 시동되어 각종 펌프 등 보조기계와 항해 장비에 정상적으로 전기가 공급되어 계속해서 항해 할 수 있도록 되어야 한다. 시운전 중에 이러한 정전 상황을 임의로 연출하여 준비된(stand-by) 발전기가 아래의 프로그램대로 자동적으로 시동되어 정상적인 항해가 가능하도록 자동복귀가 되는 지를 아래의 순서대로 시험함. ** Black out test Condition A -. After black out test, M/E remote control system to be tested in the bridge without intervention in engine room.
