3. 貨運單據(Shipping Documents) (17)買賣單據：商業發票(Commercial Invoice) □Signed Commercial Invoice in sextuplet indicating Import Licence No. and number of this credit. 已簽章之商業發票六份，標明輸入許可證 第_號及本信用證號碼。

(18)運輸單據：提單(Bill of Lading)----待續1 ---□ Full set of clean on board Bills of Lading made out to order of Bank of Communications, Taipei notify buyer, and marked 〝Freight Prepaid/Collect 〞 全套 貴行抬頭並註明以申請人為被通知人 之海/空運清潔提貨單/郵包單，並註明『運費 預付/後付』。

(19)保險單據 □Insurance Policy (Certificate) made out to order and blankendorsed, covering for full CIF invoice value plus 10%。 照商業發票CIF全額加 10%投保海/空/兵險之保險單( 或證明書)，作成空白抬頭及空白背書。 保險單據種類 a. 保險單(Insurance Policy) b. 保險證明書(Insurance Certificate) 保險金額 full CIF invoice value plus 10% CIF貨款加 10%為保險金額。
