Take Home Message Le choix de beta-bloquant n’est pas anodin… ! Ca vaut la peine d’y consacrer un moment de réflexion! Beta-bloquants de troisième génération (carvedilol, nebivolol) probablement meilleurs dans beaucoup de situations internistiques
