Your goal Think about ithow can you make the data easy to relate to the levels of Figueroa’s Framework? Design a 6 -8 question survey that collects data about: q The sports and physical activities that students at Kirwan SHS participate in q Reasons for participation in those sports and physical activities q What would increase student participation in Volleyball at Kirwan SHS All of your answers should help you determine which level(s) of Figueroa's Framework is/are having the greatest impact.

Data collation and analysis 1. When you collate your data as a group, you need to be able to answer the following questions: a) What sport(s) are predominately played at Kirwan SHS? b) Does this reflect sports participation in wider society? c) What are the primary reasons for sports participation? d) Which level(s) of Figueroa’s Framework do these reasons relate to? e) What is the participation level of Volleyball at Kirwan State High School? f) What are the primary reasons students are not participating in Volleyball? g) Which level(s) of Figueroa’s Framework do these reasons relate to? h) What needs to happen to encourage students to play Volleyball at Kirwan State High School?
