Science Fair Assignment #6: Data Table Due 1/8/18 • After you have written your materials list and procedure, and you have identified all your variables, you are ready to begin experimenting! A data table is how you show your experiment results in an organized way. Organizing makes the results easy to read, and much easier to recognize patterns that might be occurring in your results. • Instructions: 1. Title and number your data table 2. Organize the table into columns and rows. The independent variable should be in the first column and the dependent variable should be in the top row. 3. Any units, such as seconds or degrees, should be included in column headings, not in the individual cells.
