Our Quality Standards for the Back Office Your job includes keeping the Hotel’s back office clean, safe and organized, including the following: v Keep the door to the front office closed at all times. Ï Keep all doors to corridors and guest areas closed and locked. Ï Do not block the fire enunciation panel or emergency equipment. Ï Keep the emergency oxygen and first-aid kit visible and ready to use. v Do not conduct personal business in the back office. v Keep the reservations calendar visible and up-to-date. v Do not allow team members from other departments to loiter in the back office.
