Articles of Confederation �A document/set of laws that outlined the new type of government after the Revolution. � 2 equal levels- State and National �Confederation = Alliance
Shays’s Rebellion � 1, 200 debt-ridden farmers rebelled to close the courts so they would not lose their farms to creditors. �*showed ineffectiveness of the Articles of Confederation. No Executive Branch!

Intrastate Commerce �Trade within a state, regulated by the state governments.
Electoral College �A group of electors cast ballots for the presidential candidates. Number of Electors is based on the number of House and Senate seats together.
