15 Guidelines for Common Risks 1 Determine “Guidelines” i. e. What are the process that you are going to follow if: The member didn’t submit her work on time. The quality of the work is below expectation. The member didn’t show up in the meeting and not answering the phone. A member is depending on others to solve or complete her tasks. One member face certain critical condition. All the team members should contribute in guidelines. All the team members should read and accept guidelines.

17 Decision Making Plan Listen, listen and listen. Analyze opinions and reasons. Vote. Plan a decision making guideline to follow when needed.
18 Dependability Problem To avoid dependability, members should submit their work in versions. Versions should be reviewed but not corrected. Don’t wait to meet the due date.
19 Individual Time Management Create your own Monthly/Weekly/Daily log under the general team plan. Distinguish between the regular and irregular activities.
