Division of Logistics Services FY 2015 Accomplishments/FY 2016 Goals Property Management Branch FY 2015 Accomplishments: § § § Cleaned-up the property records; • Transfer Government vehicles to owning ICs • Cleared over 9, 000 non-accountable property records • Cleared 7, 272 migrated property records from the 2007 NBS transition • De-flagged over 15, 000 assets no longer sensitive Reutilization of surplus property • Transferred 967 assets to other Federal Agencies, a $4. 5 M savings (e. g. Homeland Security, Do. D, FDA, USGS, FBI, NIST, and Naval Research Lab) • Donated 8, 782 assets to local public schools and State colleges/universities, $16. 4 M acq. value; benefited local schools to establish computer labs (Owing Mills and Liberty Elementary Schools, Walkersville Middle School and High School) • Processed 55 Foreign donations; Countries include Israel, Mali, Russia, Australia, and Chile • Recycled 27, 970 ADP assets; over $43 K returned to the US Treasury • Recycled 187 tons of scrap metal; a $33 K savings to NIH Received two 2015 HHS Green Champion Awards; Change Agents for the NIH Clean Sweep and Honorable Mention Environmental Stewardship for the Contract Property Administrative Tool (CPAT) 8

Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Diagnostic Challenge Prize • Contract Number: HHSN 263201500013 C Capital Consulting Corporation, Rockville, MD • Title: Antimicrobial (AMR) Resistance Diagnostic Challenge Prize The U. S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) will hold a prize competition in which up to $20 million will be made available, subject to the availability of funds, for the delivery of one or more successful rapid point-of-care diagnostics that may be used by health care providers to identify bacterial infections. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) are co -sponsoring the prize competition. 42
