Modelo de negocio • The energy utility will be established and owned by a company limited by guarantee (non-profit) formed by ONGAWA (30% of the property), Ta. TEDO (30%) and HPS (30%). The partnership will be open to other partners (10%), such as social investors, local entrepreneurs or local authorities. The benefits of the company will be reinvested in expanding capacity and network coverage. • The company will have a shareholders' meeting (board of trustees) once a year to monitor the operation, approve budgets, determine the allocation of benefits and to confirm the director and employees. For everyday operation, the company will have a manager, who will be ultimately responsible for the operation and administration of the plant, and 2 resident staff in two shifts that will be recruited to run and manage the plant in the village. One of them will be in charge of the plant operation and the other will be in charge of the micro-grid and the revenue collection from pre-paid vouchers.
