Chek’s operations involve the process of procurement of components and materials from suppliers, through to the manufacturing of sporting goods for distribution. Cross. Chek’s sporting products are then sold direct to consumers, as well as to retail outlets. • For the business to be profitable, a number of operations need to be optimized:
