4 BRIEF VIDEO PRESENTATIONS You may be familiar with the term “Elevator Pitch” or “Elevator Speech. ” The video introduction assignment is related to this brief speech that supposedly can be made between the floors of an elevator with a (temporarily) captive audience, though this metaphor is less useful during our current social distancing. If you are asked to give a presentation on a moment’s notice, the ability to default to an effective strategy will make you stronger than others, a strategy that becomes second nature eventually.
