28 As motherhood is still an obstacle for women in the labour market… Research about gender roles in labour market, resistances men´s to change, organizational work culture, gender gaps, public policies Political incidence: Equality policies , ESF… Campaign http: //365. cepaim. org/
Conclusions and Challengues 29 Designing specific objectives in terms of gender equality Disregarding structural inequalities between women and men cause inefficiency in the programmes funded by ESF Considering the lack of co-responsibility of men and other social actors The need of psychosocial mentoring measures for global attention to women problems The need to consider women´s multiple discriminations: ethnic origin, sexual orientation, social class worsen integration (intersectional approach) Continuing working with companies and structures to avoid women discrimination in the labor market The relation between social exclusion and gender violence New profile: poor female workers
Conclusions and Challengues 30 Including digital literacy and training in all insertion programmes to avoid the digital gap Providing resources for work-life balance and economic aids to facilitate women continuity in the integration pathways. The added value of the NGO management of this programmes/funds The ESF mandatory indicators do not collect the diverse changes along women pathways, beyond the direct impact in labour integration: we need to develop new gender indicators
