360° Walkthrough Design • The 360 degree walkthrough is designed to equip campus leaders

360° Walkthrough Design • The 360 degree walkthrough is designed to equip campus leaders with the tools they need to assess the effectiveness of classroom instruction and has a strong basis in both research and practice. • This walkthrough incorporates the High Yield Strategies research of Robert J. Marzano, the Taxonomy of Educational Objectives of Benjamin Bloom, and Philip Schlechty’s findings on student engagement. • This program is aligned with the first four classroom domains of PDAS and is designed to provide a means to build reflective dialogue and develop staff capacity regarding our instructional practices. • From providing a shared vocabulary based on researched based strategies and PDAS to coaching collaborative conversations, educators are empowered by focusing on what matters most - student learning.
